Cookie Policy

Which cookies and similar technologies inversionnpl.com uses, what for, and how you can accept, reject or configure them.

What they are and how we ask for your consent

Cookies are small files that the browser stores when you visit a website. We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for the same purpose. Only strictly necessary cookies are installed without your consent; the rest are activated only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit, where rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

First-party analytics (only with your consent)

We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service. If you accept analytics cookies, we generate an anonymous session identifier "_ofa_sid" (sessionStorage, deleted when you close the tab) and record on our own servers the pages you visit, the elements you click, your device, browser, screen resolution, referring page and IP address; if you are logged in, we associate that activity with your account in order to improve the service and prioritise features. Identifiable data is deleted within 48 hours; afterwards we keep only aggregated statistics.

Third-party content (only with your consent)

Some pages embed third-party content that may install their own cookies when you activate it:

The Platform's maps are served from our own servers and from OpenStreetMap and the Cadastre (which receive your IP address to deliver the images, without cookies). Fonts are served from our own domain.

Emails

Our commercial emails include an opening pixel and tracked links that let us know whether you open them or click. You can avoid this by unsubscribing with the link in each email or by blocking image loading in your email client. Transactional emails (verification, invoices, account notices) carry no commercial tracking.

How to manage cookies

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to accept, reject or change each category. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies; Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security; Safari: Preferences › Privacy; Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions). If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in.
