Trademarks and trade names used: InversionNPL, Orenes Fund and Orenes Property Fund, all belonging to the same owner.

Purpose and nature of the activity

InversionNPL is an information and intermediation technology platform that publishes, on behalf of their owners, opportunities in non-performing mortgage loans (NPLs), foreclosure sale rights, auction agreements and properties, and provides analysis and training services and, in the plans that include it, legal services from the owning law firm itself.

Mortgage loans and credits and NPL portfolios are not financial instruments for the purposes of MiFID II or Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets. The marketing of credit assignments does not require CNMV authorisation; InversionNPL is not registered with the CNMV as an entity authorised to provide investment services, is not a collective investment undertaking and does not manage third-party funds. The intermediation activity is carried out subject to consumer, data protection and anti-money-laundering rules.

The information on the Platform is for information purposes only. It does not constitute personalised financial, tax or legal advice or an investment recommendation. Any investment in NPLs involves risk, including the total or partial loss of capital.

Conditions of access and use

Access to the public pages is free of charge. Access to the catalogue and the tools requires registration and acceptance of the Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions, available on this site.
