Indicative simulator for a non-performing loan

The calculator applies a percentage to the capital and spreads it over the term in months. The three buttons on screen are 40%, 45% and 50%.

How it calculates

Profit = capital × scenario. Annual ROI = scenario ÷ term in months × 12. With the initial values on screen (capital €100,000, 45% scenario, 13-month term) this gives €45,000 of profit and €145,000 in total. Changing the capital, the term or the scenario changes the result. It does not include court costs, taxes, occupation or the court's timeline.
